FNOR FLOOR S 3000 is a three component trowel applied floor screed which is applied in thickness of 3 mm to produce an extremely dose durable and chemically resistant floor topping. It is ideally formulated to with stand chemical attack punishing impact and continuous abrasion. In industrial building the requirements of serviceability and durability, are particularly high. So Fnor Floor S-3000 specially recommended in areas where floor surfaces should be able to withstand impact and mechanical abrasion and also where spillage of liquid and chemicals are common. FNOR REPAIR MORTAR

FNOR Repair mortar is a two component system based on Epoxy Resin System. Cost effective and rapid permanent repairs to cracked. spalling or mechanically damaged concrete. It is also recommended as a Sealing Grout for Metal/Concrete combinations. For repair work where impermeability to water and resistance to aggressive chemicals is essential Repairs to Acid Tanks, Concrete Structures, Airport Runways, Concrete Pipes, Sewage Pipes, Factory Floors and any area where aggressive waste is present.

FNOR EPOXY BOND

FNOR Epoxy Bond is a low Viscosity two part epoxy Resin System specially Formulated to provide outstanding Adhesion and Penetration Properties. It is suitable for Horizontal, vertical & Over Head Surfaces and for Interior & Exterior applications FNOR Epoxy Bond is specially recommended for Extensions & Repairs to Concrete. Also for Priming Surfaces prior to the application of Epoxy Floor Screeds, and Repair Mortars. It is an excellent Bonding Agent between existing concrete Floors and new cementitious toppings. It can be used for bonding together Concrete Sections and Structures and as an Adhesive for Construction Materials.

FNOR FLOOR PRIMER

FCONZ FLOOR PRIMER-100 is a two components, low viscosity epoxy resin, for priming concrete surfaces, steel surface and for other difficult surfaces. FCONZ FLOOR PRIMER-100 is suitable for providing an excellent bond between base surface and epoxy resin floor toppings and floor coating .It also provides excellent addition to epoxy mortar and to other difficult surfaces.

FNOR COAT ET 250

FNOR is a low viscosity two part Clear Epoxy Resin System specially formulated as a FLOOR SEALER. It provides outstanding Adhesion and Penetration Properties. It is hard wearing with high Abrasion properties, resistant to Oils, Detergents & most Chemicals. TFS-70 is specially recommended for use on Floors, and coving surfaces in Factories, Garages, Schools, Show rooms, Car parks, Ware houses etc, where ever Dust proof and wear resistant floors are required. Ideal for use on Concrete, Wood, Metal & Masonry. ET 250 Fconz COAT is a two component system consisting of Epoxy/tar component ‘A’ and Hardener component B. A self priming, which gives a black chemical resistant coat on to suitable prepared substrates, such as concrete and steel. ET 250 Fconz COAT is resistant to acids and alkalis, sour crude oil, fuel and diesel oil, sea water and sewage water.

FNOR EPOXY TILE GROUT

FNOR EPOXY TILE GROUT is a two component product based on FCONZ Epoxy Resin system. FCONZ PRIMER 100 is a heavy duty primer consisting of Resin and Hardener, a two component product to prime the surface before application. These two products are supplied factory weighed and packaged ready for on site mixing. The mixed material should be applied to a suitable prepared and primed surface within the tile gaps which quickly cures to forma complete impermeable grout unaffected by most forms of chemical attack.

FNOR COAT HB

INTENDED USES:- A protective coating for concrete and metal having a good chemical and abrasion resistant properties. Suitable for application in sewage works, processing plants, sluices and ducts. A two pack solvent free epoxy coating.

FNOR ZINK RICH PRIMER

Two pack Zink epoxy primer recommended as for steel reinforcement in the concrete repair system. – Fast drying and rapid handling properties. – Confirms to BS 493: KPIC – An organic zink primer for use in new construction and maintenance. – An easy to apply, high performance anti- corrosive primer. – FNOR ZINKRICH PRIMER can also be used for coating bridges, overhead gantries, high voltage transmission towers and for the structural steel works.

FNOR PU FINISH

Floors and walls coated with FNOR PU FINISH is tough enough for light traffic use.
